• Strict access controls to your conversation data
• Regular deletion of conversations older than 90 days
• Isolation of your data from other users

Service Providers

We work with trusted partners to deliver our service:

• Twilio - Handles SMS delivery
• Google Cloud - Provides secure infrastructure

These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements.

SMS Messaging and Consent

When you sign up for Aura AI Assistant:

• You explicitly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from our service
• We store your consent information, including the date and method of consent
• Message frequency varies based on your usage of the service
• Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless provider
• Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services

We use Twilio as our SMS messaging provider, which is subject to their own privacy and security policies.

Your Controls

You have full control over your data and messaging preferences:

• Text "PRIVACY" to see what information Aura has about you
• Text "DELETE" to remove your conversation history
• Text "STOP" to opt out of messages and delete your account
• Text "HELP" for assistance with any data or privacy questions
